ALUMNI WIN 6-5
On a sun-drenched day at the PIT, the alumni came from behind to overtake the Gauchos in dramatic fashion. Geoff Ely, the oldest player on the field at the time, finished off a stunning comeback by scoring as time expired. Showing his poise and experience, Ely perched himself on the right side of the crease, received a sweet feed, and stuck the winning goal with authority. A tremendous dog pile erupted and the Alumni had completed what they set out would do in '05. The comeback was lead by the midfield line of Stefan Isaksen, Tom Smith, and Will Patton.
